A Story Born
From the Wood Flame

Pizza Ranch began in 2005 when founder Marco Deluca left his family kitchen in Naples with a single dream: to bring the soul of authentic Italian wood-fired pizza to the American heartland. Armed with a hand-built Neapolitan oven and generations of family recipes, he opened the first Pizza Ranch on Main Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

What started as a humble 12-table trattoria quickly became a beloved institution. Over two decades, we've grown our team, expanded our menu, and deepened our roots in the Green Bay community — but we've never wavered from our founding promise: quality you can taste in every single bite.

Today, Pizza Ranch employs over 40 dedicated team members and serves thousands of guests each month, all while sourcing the finest local ingredients and maintaining the artisanal standards that define who we are.

2005

The First Flame

Marco Deluca opens the first Pizza Ranch on Main Street, Green Bay with just 12 tables, a wood-fired oven imported from Naples, and a menu of 8 signature pizzas.

2008

Best New Restaurant Award

Pizza Ranch earns the Green Bay Magazine "Best New Restaurant" award for three consecutive years, cementing its reputation as the city's premier pizza destination.

2011

Catering Program Launch

Growing demand leads us to launch a full-service catering program, bringing our wood-fired experience to weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings across Wisconsin.

2015

Dining Room Expansion

We double our seating capacity with a beautifully designed dining room extension, featuring hand-laid brick walls, artisan lighting, and an open kitchen concept.
